The planning proposal seeks to amend Holroyd Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013:
1) Rezone the site from R2 Low Density Residential to R4 High Density Residential
2) Increase the Height of Building control for the site from 9m to 15 metres
3) Increase the Floor Space Ratio control for the site from 0.5:1 to 0.85:1
4) Insert a new clause under Part 6 (Additional Local Provisions) limiting non-residential floor space to 1,480sqm.
