Summary The planning proposal seeks to amend Holroyd Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013:

2) Increase the Height of Building control for the site from 9m to 15 metres
3) Increase the Floor Space Ratio control for the site from 0.5:1 to 0.85:1
