Summary The objective of this planning proposal is to rezone the western section of 123 Taylor Road, Chilcotts Grass (Lot 2 DP1185561), from Zone RU1 Primary Production to part Zone R1 General Residential and part Zone E3 Environmental Management. The proposal is aimed at facilitating the future subdivision of the land for residential development and to protect the biodiversity values of the riparian environment.
