The planning proposal seeks to:
• Amend the land zoning map to rezone the site from B5 Business Development to part R4 High Density Residential and Part B4 Mixed Use;
• Amend the Height of Buildings Map to apply a maximum height of buildings from 15m to 50m (4 to 15 storeys) to the site;
• Amend the FSR map to apply a Floor Space Ratio (FSR) development standard of 2:1 across the site; and
• Amend the Lot Size Map to apply a minimum lot size from 2ha to 1,000m2.
Proposal has potential to deliver approximately 830 dwellings and 125 jobs
