Amendment no 4 Coolamon LEP 2011 to rezone land in Coolamon to IN2 Zone, change maximum floor area secondary dwellings and insert rural subdivion clause for permitted uses
Amend Coolamon LEP 2011 to;
- Rezone Lot 2 DP 838319 and part Lot 2 DP 1221837 Wade Street Coolamon to IN2 Light Industrial Zone,
- Amend Clause 5.4 to decrease the maximum floor area for a secondary dwelling, and
- insert a new local Model Clause to permit subdivision in the RU1 Zone and RU4 Zone below the minimum lot size to accommodate a use permitted under an existing development consent (except for a dwelling house and dual occupancy).
