The Planning Proposal seeks to realign and relocate road and drainage infrastructure to align with a Development Application (DA-15-275) approved by Council applying to Lots 23 and 24, DP 262866 Hollinsworth Road, Marsden Park.
The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the Growth Centres SEPP as follows:
1. Realign the SP2 Infrastructure (Local Road) zone located on part of Lots 24 and 25 DP 262886 approximately 12m south so that the entire SP2 zone is located on Lot 24, enabling the full width road construction on Lot 24.
2. Lot 23 DP 262886 will also be affected by a minor change to the geometry of the roundabout resulting from the realignment of the road.
3. Realign the SP2 Infrastructure (Local Road) zone on the adjoining lots to the west (Lots 36 and 37 DP 262886 and Lot 5 DP 1210172) in order for the Hollinsworth Road extension to intersect with the future South Street extension at a right angle.
4. Realign the SP2 Infrastructure (Local Drainage) zone located on Lot 25 DP262886 and Lot 5 DP 1210172 approximately 50m west in order to align with the proposed drainage strategy for the site.
