AMENDMENT NO. 53 - Planning proposal - minimum lot size provisions for dual occupancy development (Codes SEPP)
- Extend clauses 4.1A (minimum lot size for strata plan schemes in rural and certain residential zones) and 4.1AA (minimum lot size for community title schemes) to cover the E3 Environmental Management and E4 Environmental Living Zones and reflect the Standard Instrument; and
- Introduce a new clause with a minimum lot size of 1000m2 for dual occupancy development in the R2 Low Density Residential and R3 Medium Density Residential Zones.
-Introduce clause permitting Torrens title subdivision of a dual occupancy only where the size of any lot resulting from the subdivision is less than 50% of the minimum size shown on the Lot Size Map or 600 m2, whichever is greater.
