This planning proposal seeks to amend the Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010 (LEP 2010) to include Lot 1 DP 710350, and Lot 10 DP 788189 as key sites in Part (4) of 8.7 Community Infrastructure to increase the maximum floor space ratio (FSR).
The proposed maximum FSR of these two key sites are as follows:
- A maximum floor space ratio of 6.5:1 for Lot 1 DP 710350, and
- A maximum floor space ratio of 8.5:1 for Lot 10 DP 788189.
