Title Amendment 11 Amend Yass Valley LEP 2013 to rezone part of 2155 Sutton Road, Sutton to R2 Low Density Residential Zone; 20 dwellings
Summary Council seeks to amend the Yass Valley LEP 2013 to;
- rezone part of 2155 Sutton Road (part lot 1 DP 32236) from RU1 Primary Production Zone (40 ha minimum lot size) to R2 Low Density Residential Zone (5,000 m2 minimum lot size); and
- change the minimum lot of the two residual areas of the site that will remain as RU1 Primary Production Zone from 40 ha MLS to 10 ha and 20 ha.
- Include provisions to enable 2,000 sqm MLS if site is serviced with reticulated sewerage.
At this stage Council and proponent do not intend to provide reticulated public sewerage supply.
