The proposal seeks to amend the controls for 2-8 and 1-7 Rosebank Avenue, Epping to:
* rezone land from R2 Low Density Residential to R4 High Density Residential,
* increase maximum building height from 8.5m to 11m,
* apply a maximum FSR of 0.8:1 where no maximum was previously mapped, and
* reduce the extent of the Rosebank Heritage Conservation Area.
