Initial planning proposal to facilitate a medium to high density residential development at 55 Coonara Avenue West Pennant Hills (potential for up to 600 dwellings) by:
- rezoning land from B7 Business Park to part RE1 Public Recreation, part E2 Environmental Conservation, part R3 Medium Density Residential, and part R4 High Density Residential.
- Amend Height of Buildings Map to allow heights up to 9m, 12m and 22m.
- Amend Minimum Lot Size Map to allow MLS ranging from 700sq to 10ha.
- Remove floor space ratio applying across site.
- Introduce site-specific provision for a 600 dwelling cap and to facilitate 'micro-lot housing.'
