Title Planning proposal to amend the Ashfield LEP 2013 to rezone part of 120C Old Canterbury Road, Summer Hill and to increase the height of buildings and floor space ratio development standards over the whole site (62 dwellings, 3 jobs).
Summary The planning proposal intends to amend the Ashfield LEP 2013 in the following manner: For Lot 1 DP 817359, rezone the land from SP2 Infrastructure to B4 Mixed Use, apply a maximum building height of RL38 based on the Australian Height Datum (AHD) where no height currently applies and apply a maximum floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.5:1 (no FSR currently applies). For Lot 100 DP 875660, increase the maximum building height from 20m to RL 38 AHD and increase the maximum FSR from 1:1 to 2.5:1. The existing B4 Mixed Use zoning remains unchanged.
