Tweed LEP 2014 - Housekeeping Review of development standards
The planning proposal seeks to amend the Tweed Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2014 by:
- amending the Height of Building (HOB) maps to include height provisions in ‘storeys’;
- incorporating a provision to limit HOB to 3 ‘storeys’ (excluding endorsed variations);
- restricting the Minimum Lot Size (MLS) for medium density residential accommodation in low density zones;
- amend Clause 4.6 Exceptions to development standards to remove the ability to seek variation to HOB and Floor Space Ratio (FSR) provisions at Development Application (DA) stage.
