Summary The planning proposal seeks to amend Wingecarribee LEP 2010 to rezone part of the northern portion of Suttor Cottage, 66 Bong Bong Road - part Lot 5002 DP 1160548 from R5 Large Lot Residential to R2 Low Density Residential , and reduce the MLS from 4000m2 to 800m2, providing for 7 residential lots.

The subject site is approximately 2.5 hectares and is located on the northern side of Bong Bong Road on the south west boundary of Renwick, Mittagong.The proposal provides for a heritage curtilage around Suttor House which is an item of local heritage.
