Draft Amendment 10 – Blacktown and Mount Druitt CBD is one of the 120 LEPs which are targeted to be accelerated. Gateway determination given on 12/4/17. Council resolved to revised the draft Amendment 10 to add car park as additional use on 22/8/18.
