Summary The planning proposal seeks to alter the planning controls for land at 2 Tench Avenue, Jamistontown by amending the Penrith Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2010 as follows:
• increase the maximum building height from 8.5m to 54m; and
• impose a maximum floor space ratio of 1.2:1 or 1.45:1 where a hotel component is included.

A sunset clause will be imposed to cease this provision after 3 years if no action is made to proceed with the proposal.
