Penrith LEP 2010 (Amendment No.27) - Australian Arms Hotel, 351 - 359 High Street, Penrith
The planning proposal seeks to alter the planning controls for land at 351 and 359 High Street, Penrith by amending the Penrith Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2010 as follows:
• increase the maximum building height from 12m to a split height control of 12m over the Australian Arms Hotel heritage item and 24m over the reminder of the site; and
• increase the maximum floor space ratio from 3:1 to 3.5:1.
