Fairfield LEP 2013 (Amendment No 30) - Rezone land at 17-21 Longfield Street, Cabramatta
The planning proposal seeks to:
Rezone the site (17-21 Longfield Street, Cabramatta) from B5 Business Development to R4 High Density Residential;
Introduce a Floor Space Ration of 2:1;
Introduce a maximum Height of Building of 20 metres; and
Amend Schedule 1 of the Fairfield LEP 2013 to introduce recreation facilities (indoor) and take away food and drink premises (with 160 square metres as maximum floor area) as additional permitted use over the site.
