Summary To permit Residential Flat Buildings as an additional use on certain sites within the B3 zone and require these sites to maintain at least two active frontages. The objectives would be achieved by adding the sites to Schedule 1, inserting a new clause requiring active frontages at key locations and adding a new objective to the B3 Zone.
