Proposal to increase height and FSR at 112 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park
The planning proposal seeks to amend Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 at 112 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park by:
- increasing the maximum height control from 45m and 90m to 18.5m, 135m and 200m;
- increasing the maximum FSR from 4.5:1 to 6.5:1; and
- introducing a design excellence clause for buildings over 150m in height.
