The scope of the Planning Proposal is to:? Reclassify 26 Edith Street Waratah from Community to Operational? Rezone 26 Edith Street from RE1 Public Recreation to SP2 Health Services Facility.? Remove the minimum lot size of 40 hectares.? Correct an anomaly in Council's Local Environmental Plan byrezoning the adjacent portion of Edith Street from RE1 PublicRecreation to R2 Low Density Residential, and applying lot size, building height and floor space ratio controls.
