The planning proposal seeks to amend Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 by:
• amending clause 6.3 to introduce Strategic floor space as a new type of additional floor space in Central Sydney;
• inserting a new clause and schedule allowing Strategic floor space for the site at 4-6 Bligh Street, Sydney; and
• amending clause 4.6 to ensure the development standards under strategic floor space cannot be varied.
