Title George Street and Coxs Lane, Fullerton Cove
Summary The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 (PS LEP) to:
1. Enable the development for rural residential purposes and;
2. To protect and conserve the areas within the site that have high ecological value.

It seeks to do this by rezoning the site to R5 Large Lot Residential and E2 Environmental Conservation. A 4,000 sq.m minimum lot size is proposed for the R5 areas and a 40 ha minimum lot size for the E2 areas.
