Title Amendment to Lake Macquarie LEP 2014 - amend the Land Reservation Aquisition Map and rezone land in Mount Hutton to R3 Medium Density and B2 Neighbourhood Centre
Summary The proposal seeks to remove parts of land identified in the Land Reservation Acquisition (LRA) Map as it is no longer required for a public purpose. The subject land will also adopt the zoning, lot size and height of building of the adjoining land. Part of the land will be rezoned R3 Medium Density Residential and B2 Local Centre. Land retained on the LRA Map will be used by Council for access to their land, for flooding and a future pedestrian walkway along Scrubby Creek.
