Title Wentworth LEP 2011- Rezoning of approximately 693 hectares of land to enable tourism and commercial uses, known as ‘Northbank on the Murray’
Summary The planning proposal seeks to rezone Lot 1 DP 1182353, 6811 Sturt Highway, Mallee to enable the land to be developed for tourism and commercial purposes. It is proposed that the subject land be rezoned from RU1 Primary Production, W1 Natural Waterways, E3 Environment Management to SP3 Tourist, B3 Commercial Core and B4 Mixed Use under the Wentworth Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2011. The proposal also includes removing the minimum lot size from the subject site.
