Summary This planning proposal seeks to amend the Leichhardt Environmental Plan 2013 in relation to 17 Marion Street, Leichhardt. It is proposed to increase the maximum floor space to 2:1, provide a maximum building height of RL 57.5 and five storeys, and allocate 15% of the dwellings to be affordable housing.
