The planning proposal intends to rezone the land from RU2 Rural Landscape to R2 Low Density Residential, apply a nine (9) metre maximum building height to the land and remove the 40 hectare minimum lot size control for the land.The proposal will facilitate the development of approximately 12 low density residential lots.
