Summary The planning proposal seeks to introduce a site-specific clause to Sydney LEP 2012 which will increase the current floor space ratio from 13.75:1 (including all bonuses) to 18.5:1 on the north site and 22:1 on the south site. The clause will also amend the building height up to the Hyde Park North 2B sun access plane on the south site provided it is no closer than 6 metres to the Martin Place property boundary.
