Title 2016 Housekeeping LEP Amendment 25 - Reclassification from Community Land to Operational Land
Summary The PP aims to reclassify ten sites from Community Land to Operational Land. One of the sites is also proposed to be rezoned. This will address a number of administrative anomalies and allow Council to sell land surplus to its needs.
