Summary This planning proposal is intended to amend The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2019, as it applies to the Bull and Bush Hotel site at 360-378 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills (Lots 1 and 2 DP783941), as follows:
- amend the land zoning from R1 General Residential to B2 Local Centre;
- amend the height of buildings to 49 metres; and
- amend the floor space ratio to 3.2:1.The planning proposal also seeks to identify the site on the key sites map and require that any development on the site comply with a number of local criteria.
