Title Glennifer Brae - Reclassification and rezoning
Summary This Planning Proposal (PP) will rezone & reclassify the Glennifer Brae & Wollongong Conservatorium of Music lands. The Conservatory lands will be rezoned from RE1 Public Recreation to SP2 Infrastructure - Educational establishment. This will allow the site to be sold to the University of Wollongong to be developed as a Creative Arts Centre.
The Glennifer Brae Manor House & grounds will retain the RE1 zoning but be reclassified as operational land to allow the property to be leased to the University for functions.
