Summary To rezone part Lot 28 DP 1130169, 55 Palmers Road, McLeans Ridges, from zone RU1 Primary Production to zone R5 Large Lot Residential and reduce the minimum lot size from 40 hectares to 1 hectare.

The planning proposal also intends rationalise zoning on this lot by rezoning a 20m wide strip on the southern boundary from R5 Large Lot Residential land to RU1 Primary Production.
